How do I qualify?

A quick and simple application at checkout will run a credit check and then you can complete your order. All applicants must be aged between 18 and 75, be a permanent resident in the UK and a resident at your address for longer than one year, have a debit or credit card and a UK telephone number.

How do I apply for payment via DivideBuy?

If you select the DivideBuy option at checkout, you will be redirected to complete an application on their website. An application process takes just 60 seconds, and once you have electronically signed your agreement you will be redirected to your checkout with us to confirm your purchase.

What Cards can I use?

Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Maestro cards. Unfortunately, DivideBuy do not currently accept American Express.

How much is the minimum order to qualify?

Your Patrick Mavros order must exceed £500 in order to qualify for financing.

When will the first installment be charged?

The first installment is taken when your complete your purchase.

Do I pay a deposit?

You can pay a deposit or you can choose not to.

However, you may be instructed to pay a deposit. This is due to the credit decision, which is calculated based on several factors including your credit score, order total and credit term. A deposit is taken from the overall total to reduce the monthly installment and make it a more manageable size.

Are there any hidden charges or fees?

DivideBuy does not charge interest and there are no setup fees, cancellation charges or hidden fees. DivideBuy places no restrictions on when or how often you would like to pay off your balance.

Can I pay off my Remaining Balance early?

Yes, you can use your Customer Account Portal or contact a DivideBuy Customer Agent. There are no additional charges for early repayment.

When will I get my order?

As soon as you complete the application process, your order will be processed and shipped. Special orders are subject to longer delivery times if they are custom made or bespoke pieces. Delivery times will be individually quoted on items not in stock.

Can I change my delivery address?

We are unfortunately not able to change your delivery address without DivideBuy's approval, you are able to change your delivery by contacting DivideBuy at help@dividebuyco.uk. Please email your full name, date of birth, previous postcode and your new delivery address with proof of residence. Proof can be in the form of a bank statement, council tax statement, or utility bill (dated within the last 3 months). For privacy and fraud prevention the account details of the purchase need to be the same as the delivery address. Once your change has been approved by DivideBuy they will notify us and we will update your delivery address. 

Can I return my Order?

We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from us, but if you need to return items to us for a refund or exchange you have 30 days to do so. For more information please read our Delivery and Returns

How do I know once my refund has been processed?

DivideBuy requires confirmation of your refund directly from us. Once this has been received, the DivideBuy accounts team will process your refund and notify you via email when it’s completed. This can take between 10 and 14 working days to process. Upon receipt of the notification email, it usually takes 3-5 working days to reach your bank account (depending on who you bank with). If we you do not get your notification of your refund from DivideBuy please contact us on concierge@patrickmavros.com with your order information.
