Returns 

We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from us, but if you need to return items to us for a refund or exchange you have 14 days to do so. 

Please notify us of your intention to return your order to us by emailing nairobi@patrickmavros.com or via WhastApp.

All items should be returned new, unused and in original Patrick Mavros packaging.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the same payment method used when placing the order, less any shipping costs.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and it is advised that you obtain a free certificate of postage from any courier company of your choice, as we can only be responsible for your parcel once it has been received into our store. 

Please note, items should not be returned to us without prior notice. 

All orders should be returned to Patrick Mavros, No. 284, The Village Market, Gigiri, Nairobi, Kenya. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed by a member of our team.
